Die Stock for Round Dies M7–M9, 25x9mm
A die stock keeps the die precisely in line with the workpiece, so the external thread comes out straight and without seizing. Guidance is the key in manual cutting — a die held in the hand turns and the thread tilts, which usually means the part has to be shortened and started again.
The holder is designed for dies measuring 25 x 9 mm, that is, for M7 to M9 threads. It is made of NC6 alloy steel, which is rigid, resistant to damage and does not deform even when cutting into harder metal. The clamping screws secure the die against turning and the long arms distribute the force evenly, so cutting is easier. The tool complies with the DIN 225 standard.
