HSS M6x1,0mm Drill Tap with 1/4" HEX Shank
A drill tap combines two operations into one — in a single pass it drills the hole and cuts an M6 × 1,0 mm thread in it right away. So you do not have to change tools, look up the correct pilot drill diameter or switch between a drill and a tap, which saves a lot of time when you have many holes to make.
The tool is made of HSS high-speed steel with a titanium surface coating, which increases resistance to wear and heat. The hexagonal 1/4" HEX shank fits standard cordless screwdrivers, quick-change chucks and magnetic bit holders, so you can also reach awkward spots. It is suitable for steel, aluminium and plastics.
