Thread die M4x0.7mm
The thread die M4 x 0.7 mm serves for the manual cutting and restoration of external threads on rods, bolts and pins. The precisely made cutting edges create a thorough thread profile, so the joint holds firmly and can be taken apart repeatedly without problems. It will serve equally well for recutting a slightly damaged thread, which would otherwise have to be replaced.
The die is made of HSS high-speed steel with high resistance to abrasion, which keeps its sharpness even during intensive use. The chips are carried away by the holes in the body, so the material does not jam. The workmanship complies with the DIN 223 standard and the die is compatible with common manual die holders.
