The automatic table tile cutter is a large set with a maximum cutting length of 1200 mm. Operation is simple and ergonomic, enabling precise and efficient work. The cutter is designed for demanding working conditions, featuring a high-performance heat dissipation system and dual-sided water cooling of the blade. The unit is easy to calibrate, and adjustments can be made on site using the supplied keys, which is especially appreciated on construction sites. In the event of a pump failure, work can be completed using available blades for dry cutting. The cutter allows cutting-depth adjustment for both shallow and deep cuts. Its lightweight, mobile design makes transport and use easy even in confined spaces. It is equipped with wheels on bearings for easy movement around the site. The revolutionary guide rail design ensures high cutting accuracy, whether in straight lines or at an angle. A diamond blade with reduced diameter delivers a smooth, precise cut without vibration, protecting the workpiece and keeping the temperature low during cooling. Laser alignment is simple and can be performed with the keys from the package. Laser calibration provides a precise cutting line, ideal when laying tiles without risking damage to the material. Additionally, the cutter features water cooling on both sides of the diamond blade, ensuring long blade life and efficient removal of excess debris and water, which collect in a tank located next to the table.Technical data:
