ESD Replaceable Tips for 92 81 03 (2 pcs) KNIPEX
The ESD replaceable tips are a spare part for the 92 81 03 tweezers. The package contains 2 pieces, i.e. one pair of pointed tips angled at 60° with a width of 0.7 mm. When worn, you only need to replace the tips and the body of the tweezers continues to serve. The play-free three-point mounting guarantees the same precision as with conventional tweezers.
The tips are made of carbon-fibre reinforced plastic (30 %), which is very good at conducting electricity and heat and is resistant to scratching and abrasion. A surface resistance of 10² to 10⁴ ohms equalises potential differences between the user and the component in a controlled manner. The tips withstand 130 °C continuously and up to 190 °C for short periods, are elastic, vibration-damping, water-repellent and highly resistant to most oils, greases, fuels and non-polar solvents.
