The ESD stainless steel universal tweezers with 0.25 mm wide needle tips are designed for safe handling of electronic components. The ESD-tested black epoxy resin coating with a surface resistance of 10^3 to 10^9 ohms equalises differences in electrical potential between the user and the workpiece in a controlled manner. The tweezers are therefore safe for components sensitive to electrostatic discharge.
They are used in electronics and precision engineering. They are anti-magnetic, which protects components against electromagnetic damage. High-quality stainless steel ensures high toughness and very good corrosion resistance. The tweezers are also available as part of the 92 00 01 ESD set.
