The ESD tweezers with replaceable tips are designed for particularly demanding precision work with sensitive electronic and micromechanical components as well as glass and ceramic parts. The tips are angled at 60° and are pointed with a width of 0.7 mm. They are used in electronics, precision engineering and by watchmakers and jewellers.
The handmade body of premium stainless steel has polished edges and a matt, non-reflective surface that is highly resistant to corrosion, most chemicals, salts and acids. The replaceable tips made of carbon fibre reinforced plastic have a surface resistance of 10^2 to 10^4 ohms, are safe for components sensitive to electrostatic discharge and withstand temperatures of up to 130 °C continuously and up to 190 °C for short periods. The tips are attached to the body with a play-free three-point connection, and when worn, you only need to buy new tips.
