Bench Vice 100mm Cast Iron
The professional vice is designed for demanding metalworking workshops, general mechanical and car service centres. The massive design and precise machining make it a reliable helper during intensive and heavy workshop work. The body of the vice is made of cast iron resistant to mechanical damage. The surface is protected by powder paint with a hammer effect, which prevents the formation of corrosion.
The vice is fitted with replaceable hardened jaws with a width of 100 mm, made of quality steel. The guide screw allows smooth and convenient opening as well as closing of the jaws and precise regulation of the clamping force, so you clamp the material safely and without damage. The sturdy and wide base with mounting holes is bolted to the workbench and gives the whole unit the necessary stability. A weight of 7,6 kg contributes to damping the vibrations during filing as well as straightening.
