Cross Slide Vice Two-Axis 100mm Cast Iron
The cross slide vice with travel in two axes turns a pillar drill into a small milling station. The workpiece is clamped only once and then positioned by turning the screws in the X and Y axes, so it does not need to be reset for each additional hole and the hole spacing remains accurate.
The body is a cast iron casting and the jaws are made of steel, which gives the vice the necessary weight and rigidity to dampen vibrations when drilling. The jaw width of 100 mm and opening of up to 80 mm cover common workshop parts made of metal, wood and plastics.
