Two-tier dish drainer
Two tiers instead of one are the whole point of this drainer: the dishes from a whole lunch fit into it, yet on the worktop it takes up the same space as an ordinary single-tier one. In a small kitchen that is a difference you feel every day.
The water from the dishes runs into the drip tray, not onto the worktop, so no wet surface is left after washing up. A separate cutlery holder keeps spoons, forks and knives together and in an upright position so that they dry faster. The construction of carbon steel with plastic elements is stable even when fully loaded and does not slide about. The black industrial-style version suits modern as well as classic kitchens and is cleaned with a single wipe.
