PEX Pipe Calibrator 20mm
The calibrator is an indispensable helper in every job with PEX pipes. When cutting, the pipe profile always flattens slightly, and if a coupling is fitted onto such a deformed end, there is a risk of leaks and consequently a costly repair of the entire installation. The calibrator restores the correct round cross-section to the pipe, ensuring the joint seals perfectly.
The tool also combines the function of an internal and external deburring tool. It has special blades on both sides, so the pipe is calibrated and freed of burrs on the edge in one motion. An even edge lets you insert the pipe evenly right up to the coupling stop, which is crucial for both press and threaded joints.
