Inverter electrode welder MMA IGBT 250 A 230 V

Inverter welder for welding with coated electrodes at 230 V voltage. The welder has a built-in thermostat and fan, which protect against overheating and thus extend the continuous operation time. The welder is equipped with an LCD display and smooth adjustment of welding current from 20 to 250 A. The welder has HOT START, ARC FORCE, and ANTI STICK functions.
HOT START - allows for easy ignition of the welding arc by temporarily automatically increasing the welding current at the electrode ignition compared to the set welding current size.
ARC FORCE - is an automatic function of the welder that equalizes any differences between the actual and set welding current. This difference is caused by the instability of the welder's hand.
ANTISTICK - reduces the risk of the electrode sticking to the welded material. If the electrode does stick, the electronic circuit reduces the welding voltage and current to such an extent that the electrode does not expand and subsequently the coating does not fall off the electrode. With reduced welding current and voltage, the electrode can be more easily detached from the welded material.
