Inverter Electrode Welder MMA IGBT-250A 230V
Inverter welder for welding with coated electrodes with 230 V voltage, equipped with LCD display. The advantage is the active cooling system and the modern bipolar IGBT transistor, which has replaced the older MOSFET. The welder is equipped with HOT START, ANTI STICK, and ARC FORCE systems.
HOT START - allows for easy ignition of the welding arc by temporarily automatically increasing the welding current at the ignition of the electrode compared to the set size of the welding current.
ANTI STICK - reduces the risk of the electrode sticking to the welding material. If the electrode does stick, the electronic circuit will reduce the welding voltage and current to such an extent that the electrode does not expand and the coating does not fall off the electrode. With reduced welding current and voltage, the electrode can more easily detach from the welding material.
ARC FORCE - is an automatic function of the welder that balances out possible differences between the actual and set welding current. This difference is caused by the instability of the welder's hand.
