Inverter welder IGBT TIG VRD 330 A
The inverter welder for welding with coated electrodes at 230 V voltage is suitable for welding a wide range of coated electrodes. Smooth control and digital display of the current setting allow for the selection of optimal parameters depending on the type and thickness of the materials being processed and the electrodes used. The device has an integrated cooling system (thermostat and fan) that protects against overheating and significantly extends the continuous operation time.
The welder is equipped with ANTI STICK, ARC FORCE, HOT START, TIG LIFT, and VRD systems.
ANTISTICK - reduces the risk of the electrode sticking to the welded material. If the electrode does stick, the electronic circuit lowers the welding voltage and current to such an extent that the electrode does not expand and the coating does not fall off the electrode. With reduced welding current and voltage, the electrode can be more easily detached from the welded material.
ARC FORCE - is an automatic function of the welder, which evens out potential differences between the actual and set welding current. This difference is caused by the instability of the welder's hand.
HOT START - facilitates easy ignition of the welding arc by temporarily automatically increasing the welding current at the ignition of the electrode compared to the set welding current size.
TIG LIFT – welding using a special TIG torch with a valve. The arc is ignited by lightly rubbing the unused electrode against the welded material.
VRD – voltage reduction system, which turns off the power within a few milliseconds after the end of welding. This function is also responsible for reducing the voltage on the contact electrode to a safe level.
