Inverter welder IGBT 330P
The inverter welder is a first-class welding device for work using the MMA method, that is, welding with a wide range of coated electrodes, and the TIG Lift method, in which the arc is struck by lightly touching the welded material with a non-consumable electrode (a special TIG torch with a valve is needed). Stepless regulation and a digital display of the current setting make it possible to choose the optimal parameters according to the type and thickness of the material as well as according to the electrodes used.
The device has an integrated cooling system with a thermostat and a fan, which protects it from overheating and significantly extends the time of uninterrupted work. Its equipment includes the welding arc optimisation functions HOT START for reliable striking, ARC FORCE for stabilising the arc when its length changes, and ANTI STICK, which limits the sticking of the electrode to the material. The VRD voltage reduction system is not missing either; after welding ends it switches off the power supply within milliseconds and reduces the voltage on the electrode to a safe level. The welder works on the standard 230 V mains and thanks to its low weight and compact dimensions it is easy to carry, is suitable for work at height and takes up no space in storage.
