Inverter welder MIG flux/MMA/TIG lift 200
The inverter welder is an easy-to-operate semi-automatic machine that is suitable for hobby use as well as for professional work. It allows manual welding of steel with self-shielded wire (the FCAW method, that is, MIG flux), welding with a coated electrode using the MMA method and also the TIG Lift method, in which the arc is struck by lightly touching the material with a non-consumable electrode. For TIG Lift welding it is necessary to purchase a special torch with a valve.
The welder is equipped with the VRD, Anti-stick, Arc force and Hot start technologies. VRD is a voltage reduction system that switches off the power supply within a few milliseconds after welding ends and at the same time reduces the voltage on the coated electrode to a safe level. Anti-stick prevents short circuits – if the electrode sticks to the welded material, the welding current is reduced to a minimum, so you simply detach the electrode. Arc force stabilises the short-circuit current, thereby ensuring a stable arc and few spatters, and Hot start briefly increases the welding current by approximately 30 % when the arc is struck, which helps to form the penetration as well as the weld surface correctly.
