Inverter Welder MIG/MMA, IGBT-140A Pro-Tech TOOLS is a modern and universal inverter welder that combines two popular welding methods – MIG/MAG (with gas and without gas) and MMA (with coated electrode). Thanks to its robust construction, performance, and technological improvements, it is suitable for DIY enthusiasts, service technicians, as well as for light manufacturing and maintenance in workshops or garages.
The welder utilizes modern IGBT technology, ensuring higher reliability, stability, and energy savings during operation. It operates with an output current range of 20 – 140 A and offers excellent performance-to-durability ratio at 45% duty cycle at 30 °C. It allows welding with and without gas, with stepless voltage and wire feed speed control for fine-tuning the parameters for each material and application. Advanced functions are available, such as adjustable wire drive (burn-back) ensuring a clean wire end after welding, a hot start function for easier and faster arc ignition, and an anti-stick function to prevent electrode sticking. The welder also offers stepless regulation of voltage and wire feed speed, allowing precise adjustment as needed. With IP21S protection and insulation class F, safe and reliable operation is ensured. The device is designed for use with 5 kg spools, significantly increasing comfort during MIG welding.
