Inverter welder MIG MMA TIG 250 A
The inverter welder for welding with coated electrodes and a voltage of 230 V is suitable for most types of electrodes (ordinary, rutile, cellulose) intended for welding stainless steel, alloy steel, and also for non-ferrous metals. The welding properties are optimal for steel wire of 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm, or 1.0 mm.
The welder is equipped with ANTI STICK, ARC FORCE, HOT START, TIG LIFT, and MIG systems.
ANTISTICK - reduces the risk of the electrode sticking to the welded material. If the electrode does stick, the electronic circuit reduces the welding voltage and current to such an extent that there is no expansion of the electrode and subsequent shedding of the coating from the electrode. With reduced welding current and voltage, the electrode can be more easily detached from the welded material.
ARC FORCE - the stabilization of the short-circuit current. It ensures a stable arc and a small amount of spatter. Shortening of the arc is accompanied by an increase in welding current, which stabilizes the arc regardless of fluctuations in length. Automatically or controlled by a potentiometer.
HOT START - allows easy ignition of the welding arc by temporarily automatically increasing the welding current upon ignition of the electrode compared to the preset size of the welding current.
TIG LIFT - welding using a special TIG torch with a valve. The arc is ignited by lightly rubbing the non-consumed electrode against the welded material.
MIG - welding with a fusible electrode under the cover of inert gas.
