Inverter Welder MMA IGBT 300A 230V
An inverter welder with smooth regulation of welding current in the range of 20 – 300 A, for welding with coated electrodes (MMA). Voltage 230 V, weight only 5.5 kg and compact dimensions ensure universal application anywhere, without increased demands on the power capacity of the electrical network. The device contains a modern IGBT transistor, which has replaced the less powerful MOSFET. The inverter welder is equipped with HOT START, ANTI STICK, and ARC FORCE functions.
HOT START - allows easy ignition of the welding arc by briefly automatically increasing the welding current upon electrode ignition compared to the set welding current size.
ANTISTICK - reduces the risk of the electrode sticking to the welded material. If the electrode does stick, the electronic circuit reduces the welding voltage and current to such an extent that the electrode does not burn out and the coating does not fall off the electrode. With the welding current and voltage reduced, the electrode can be more easily detached from the welded material.
ARC FORCE - is an automatic function of the welder, which equalizes any differences between the actual and set welding current. This difference is due to the instability of the welder's hand.
