Inverter welding machine MIG/MMA/TIG MIG-200

Inverter welding machine is a top welding device designed for MMA, MIG and TIG-LIFT works. The welding properties of the device are optimal for steel wire with a diameter of 0.8 mm. You can also use 0.6 mm or 1.0 mm solid or filled wire as welding wire. The welding machine is compatible with most types of electrodes available on the market, including e.g.: regular, rutile or cellulose. The welder can also be used with electrodes intended for welding stainless steel, alloy steel and non-ferrous metals. Technologies in which the welder abounds: - Hot start - when the arc is ignited, the welding current increases for a short time by approximately 30%, which facilitates appropriate shaping of the penetration and weld surfaces. - Antistick - prevents short-circuits, reduces the welding current to a minimum value in the event of an error when the electrode adheres to the welded material. This makes it easier to separate the electrode from the material being welded. - VRD - a voltage reduction system that turns off the power supply within a few milliseconds after welding is complete. This function is also responsible for reducing the voltage on the coated electrode to a safe level. - Arc strength - stabilization of the short-circuit current, ensures a stable arc and a small amount of spatter, shortening the length of the arc is accompanied by an increase in the welding current, which stabilizes the arc regardless of length fluctuations, automatic or adjustable using a potentiometer. - MIG – welding with a fusible electrode in an inert gas cover. - TIG LIFT - TIG welding using a special TIG torch with a valve. The arc is ignited by lightly rubbing the non-consumable electrode against the welded material.
