MMA inverter welder IGBT 250A 00815

Electrode inverter welder for welding with coated electrodes. The inverter allows welding with a current up to 250 A and is equipped with HOT START, ANTI STICK, and ARC FORCE functions.

HOT START - enables easy ignition of the welding arc by temporarily automatically increasing the welding current upon electrode ignition compared to the set welding current size.
ANTI STICK - reduces the risk of the electrode sticking to the welded material. If the electrode does stick, the electronic circuit decreases the welding voltage and current to such an extent that it prevents the electrode from overheating and the subsequent shedding of its coating. With reduced welding current and voltage, the electrode can more easily detach from the welded material.
ARC FORCE - is an automatic welder function that balances any differences between the actual and set welding current. This difference is caused by the welder's hand instability.
