We present to you the 4-in-1 – a compact fiber laser system designed for welding, cutting and rust removal (derusting) with support for additional wire feeding. With its equipment and parameters it is made for metal manufacturing, locksmith workshops, stainless steel construction producers, maintenance and service. Compared to ordinary single-purpose machines it brings more processes in one device, power supply from a single-phase 220 V network, water cooling for stability and a practical separate wire feeder.

The core of the unit is a fiber laser with a wavelength of 1070 nm, which is popular for its high efficiency and clean, narrow thermal influence. The laser radiation is guided through a copper nozzle, while the red aiming light precisely shows the line of action even before the beam is switched on. The result is certainty at the start of welding, cutting or surface cleaning. Power supply is handled simply – 1 PHASE AC 220 V / 50–60 Hz. This allows the machine to be deployed in workshops without three-phase connection and simplifies moving it between workplaces. Water cooling maintains a stable temperature of the entire system even under prolonged load and directly contributes to uniform weld quality.

The material and performance limits are clearly defined:
Maximum weld depth: stainless steel / steel (iron) ≤ 4 mm, aluminum ≤ 3 mm.
Cutting thickness: stainless steel / steel 2–3 mm, aluminum 1–1.5 mm.

Gap requirement for welding: ≤ 1 mm, which combined with wire feeding significantly eases welding of parts with small clearance. Also included is laser derusting with a working width of 4 cm. For cutting and derusting the machine requires a working air pressure ≥ 0.6 MPa, which ensures a stable nozzle and consistent result. For protection of the weld pool, Ar or N₂ (argon / nitrogen) can be used. The wire feeder is designed for spools up to 15 kg, so frequent re-setting is not needed, saving time in series work. The total input power of the system is 6 kW.

The unit appears compact and practical: the main unit approx. 1037 × 440 × 999 mm and separate feeder 620 × 330 × 460 mm. The photo shows a mobile base which enables quick maneuvering in the workshop. The design is robust, with side vents and a clearly legible panel – the machine easily integrates into an existing operation without demanding structural modifications.
