The IGBT-315 Mar-Pol welding machine is a powerful device utilizing modern technology to ensure effective welding while minimizing electrical power losses. Utilizing high-quality IGBT transistors in the inverter system allows smooth welding. The device generates a stable DC current, enabling welding with coated electrodes made of stainless steel, copper, boiler steel, or high-strength structural steels. If you have ever transitioned from a classical transformer welder to an inverter one, you will certainly appreciate the noticeable difference in comfort and efficiency. The welder is powered by the usual 230 V electrical grid, ensuring low energy consumption. Thanks to inverter technology, the device is compact while offering excellent technical parameters. Current can be easily adjusted with a potentiometer, and the current value is displayed on a clear digital display – a more practical and faster solution compared to older models.
The welding machine is equipped with several modern functions, such as Hot Start – increased starting current for easy arc ignition, Anti-Stick – prevents electrode sticking to the material, Arc Force – automatic arc stabilization regardless of its length, and an integrated fan – ensures efficient device cooling.
