The Welding Machine IGBT-315 by the renowned brand RIPPER represents a new generation of devices with up to 30% higher efficiency. Thanks to high-quality IGBT transistors used in inverter technology, it ensures a smooth weld with minimal spatter. The device generates a smoothed DC current, allowing welding with coated electrodes from stainless steel, copper, boiler steel, as well as standard and high-strength construction steels. If you have already switched from traditional transformer welding machines to inverter ones, you will surely appreciate the advantages of this modern technology. The welding machine is powered by a regular 230 V network and, thanks to its compact design, saves space without compromising on performance. The current is simply adjusted using a rotary potentiometer, with its value in amperes clearly displayed on a digital screen – which is more practical and faster than outdated mechanical solutions.
The device also offers advanced features such as HOT START – for quick and reliable ignition of the arc, ANTI-STICK – prevents electrode sticking to the material, and ARC FORCE – automatically stabilizes the arc regardless of its length. The integrated fan ensures efficient cooling and prolongs the device's lifespan.
