Cable Shears 165mm, VDE KNIPEX
The 165 mm insulated cable shears cut multi-core stranded copper and aluminium cables up to 15 mm in diameter (50 mm²). The cut is clean and smooth, without crushing or deforming the cable. Cutting can be done comfortably with one hand.
The hardened, precision-ground blades and the adjustable screw joint with a self-locking screw ensure long-lasting precise operation. The handles with a protective guard are insulated, multi-component and tested to VDE, so the shears are suitable for live work up to 1000 V. They are not intended for steel wire or hard-drawn copper conductors.
