Cable Shears with Opening Spring 165mm, VDE KNIPEX
The 165 mm insulated cable shears with an opening spring cut copper and aluminium single-core conductors as well as multi-core stranded cables up to 15 mm in diameter (50 mm²). The opening spring opens the blades automatically after each cut, which speeds up work. The cut is clean and smooth, without crushing or deformation, and cutting is easy with one hand.
The insulated multi-component handles are tested to VDE and allow live work up to 1000 V. The hardened, precision-ground blades and the adjustable screw joint with a self-locking screw ensure precise operation, and the protective guard protects the hand. The shears are chrome-plated and are not intended for steel wire or hard-drawn copper conductors.
