Cable Shears with Twin Cutting Edge 200mm KNIPEX
The 200 mm insulated cable shears with a twin cutting edge cut copper and aluminium cables up to 20 mm in diameter (70 mm²). The cut is divided into two phases: the front cutting edge cuts through the insulating sheath and the rear cutting edge cuts the conductor. This allows you to cut even a 20 mm diameter cable with one hand, while the cut is clean, smooth and free of deformation.
The favourable leverage and special blade geometry reduce the hand force required. The insulated multi-component handles are tested to VDE and allow live work up to 1000 V. The adjustable screw joint with a self-locking screw ensures precise operation and the pinch protection protects the fingers. The shears are chrome-plated and are not intended for steel wire or hard-drawn copper conductors.
