Wok with Glass Lid Metallic Line Burgundy 28cm
This deep wok with a diameter of 28 cm is ideal for quickly stir-frying meat with vegetables, Asian noodles as well as braising or frying. The high sloping sides let you stir food easily without it falling out, and with the lid you can also use it for steaming. The forged aluminium body with a three-layer marble non-stick coating conducts heat evenly and needs less oil. The metallic burgundy colour from the Metallic Line Burgundy collection makes the wok a kitchen showpiece.
The turbo induction base is suitable for electric, gas, induction and halogen hobs. The transparent glass lid lets you watch the food without lifting it, and the ergonomic soft-touch handle provides a good grip. Before first use, wash the wok, dry it and lightly coat it with oil, and after cooking let it cool down naturally. The manufacturer recommends hand washing with a mild detergent and a soft sponge. The materials are free of PFOA, lead and cadmium.
