Deep Wok Pan Leonardo 28cm
This wok pan with a diameter of 28 cm and a height of 7.4 cm is designed for quick stir-frying at higher temperatures. The capacity of 3.2 l offers enough room to toss meat with vegetables and noodles without anything spilling over the edge. The high sloping sides concentrate heat towards the centre and food heats through evenly. The matte burgundy finish of the Leonardo collection looks elegant in the kitchen.
Heat the wok first, then add fat and ingredients, stirring constantly during cooking. Besides Asian dishes, you can also prepare stewed vegetables or risotto in it. Once cooled, wash it in warm water with a mild detergent and wipe it dry. It is better to use wooden or silicone utensils for stirring.
