Traditional Chinese iron wok pan 32cm
This traditional Chinese wok pan made of iron with a material thickness of 1.3 mm brings authentic Asian cooking straight into your kitchen. Thanks to its excellent and even heat distribution it is ideal for quickly stir-frying vegetables, meat and noodles. The beech wood handle guarantees a comfortable and safe grip, and you can use the pan on all types of hobs as well as over an open fire.Before first use wash the pan with a neutral detergent, dry it by heating it over a low flame and coat the inner walls with a thin layer of lard or oil – this creates a natural non-stick layer that improves with every use. The wok heats up during use, so we recommend using an oven glove.
