This wok pan with a diameter of 28 cm and a capacity of 3.2 l is suitable for quick stir-frying at high temperature. The high sloping sides keep the ingredients in the pan even during vigorous stirring. The three-layer titanium coating limits sticking and lets you cook with less oil. The dark grey finish with a hammered effect gives the pan a striking look.
The turbo induction base speeds up heating and distributes heat evenly over the entire surface. The ergonomic soft-touch handle sits well in the hand and the hanging loop makes storage easier. After cooking, let the pan cool down naturally, as sudden temperature changes can cause warping. Use a mild detergent and a soft sponge for washing, as washing by hand extends the life of the coating.
