Wok with Glass Lid and Five-Layer Body Copper Touch 24cm
The smaller wok with a diameter of 24 cm is ideal for quick stir-frying of vegetables, pieces of meat or noodles for one or two people. According to the manufacturer, the five-layer body made of stainless steel, aluminium and copper heats up to five times faster and holds heat evenly over the entire surface. The polished stainless steel with a copper band from the Copper Touch collection looks good on the hob and on the table.
The glass lid with a stainless steel rim and steam vent comes in handy when you want to briefly steam the dish at the end. The wok is suitable for all types of hobs including induction, has a sturdy cast handle and can be placed in the oven up to 220 °C. The stainless steel interior does not affect the taste of food even during high-heat frying.
