Wok with Glass Lid and Five-Layer Body Copper Touch 28cm
The wok with a diameter of 28 cm provides plenty of room for Asian dishes, stir-fried vegetables, noodles or meat for the whole family. The five-layer construction made of stainless steel, aluminium and copper responds quickly to temperature changes and eliminates hot spots, so the ingredients are browned evenly. The stainless steel body with a copper line from the Copper Touch collection looks premium.
The wok comes with a glass lid with a stainless steel rim and steam vent, with which you can finally braise the food without losing juices. The induction base works on all types of hobs and, thanks to the cast handle, you can also transfer the wok to the oven up to 220 °C. The stainless steel interior is hygienic and easy to maintain.
