Wok with Glass Lid and Titanium Coating Sahara 28cm
The wok with a diameter of 28 cm, a height of 7.4 cm and a capacity of 3.2 l is suitable for quick stir-frying of vegetables and meat, Asian dishes and one-pot meals. Forged aluminium conducts heat well and the three-layer titanPro non-stick coating allows you to cook with a small amount of oil or butter. The matte cream colour from the Sahara collection also makes it a nice piece for serving. The coating contains no PFOA, lead or cadmium.
The turbo induction base distributes heat evenly and the wok is suitable for electric, gas, halogen and induction hobs. The tempered glass lid with a silicone rim lets you keep an eye on the food without losing heat, and the stainless steel knob has a gold PVD finish. Before first use, wash and dry the wok and coat the non-stick surface with a little vegetable oil. Although the manufacturer states that it is dishwasher safe, it recommends hand washing without metal scourers and utensils for a longer service life and to preserve the colour.
