The wok with a diameter of 28 cm, a height of 7,4 cm and a capacity of 3,2 l is made for quick stir-frying, Asian dishes and steaming vegetables. Forged aluminium distributes heat evenly, so ingredients fry quickly and stay crunchy. The three-layer titanPro non-stick coating prevents food from sticking and allows healthier cooking with less oil. The coating contains no PFOA, lead or cadmium.
It comes with a tempered glass lid with a silicone rim and steam vent, under which you can comfortably braise food. The soft-touch handle and lid knob stay cool during cooking.
