The paint thickness tester is designed for the precise measurement of paint and lacquer layer thickness, especially on motor vehicle bodyworks. Thanks to the rapid contact measurement, it is possible to check the paint thickness of the entire vehicle in a matter of minutes. Measurement can reveal damaged parts that have been repaired with a layer of filler or unprofessionally painted. The device measures the thickness of layers in micrometers.
