The plate is used for grilling and roasting meat and vegetables. It can be used directly on the fire or a burner can be placed under it. The plate is set on three legs. Before first use, we recommend thoroughly washing the plate in hot water with a neutral liquid detergent and drying it. The plate is made of iron with two handles.
