Inverter Welder IGBT 330 A

The inverter welder for welding with shielded electrodes at 230 V is suitable for a wide range of shielded electrodes. Smooth adjustment and digital display of current settings allow for the selection of optimal parameters depending on the type and thickness of the materials being processed and the electrodes used. The device comes with an integrated cooling system (thermostat and fan), which protects against overheating and significantly extends the duration of continuous operation.
The welder is equipped with ANTI STICK, ARC FORCE, and HOT START systems.
ANTISTICK - reduces the risk of the electrode sticking to the welded material. If the electrode does stick, the electronic circuit reduces the welding voltage and current to such an extent that it prevents the electrode from expanding and its coating from falling off. With reduced welding current and voltage, the electrode can be more easily detached from the welded material.
ARC FORCE - is an automatic function of the welder that compensates for possible differences between the actual and set welding current. This difference is caused by the instability of the welder's hand.
HOT START - facilitates easy ignition of the welding arc by temporarily automatically increasing the welding current at the start compared to the preset welding current value.
